Jalan Besar Stadium, Saturday, March 30, 2013 – Skipper Shahril Ishak headed in the solitary goal after 79 minutes to seal a 1–0 victory for the Singapore LionsXII over Negeri Sembilan in the Malaysian Super League (MSL).

The result also saw the home team going top of the table in the Malaysian Super League (MSL) campaign after Selangor and Angkatan drew and lost their respective matches the day before.

Keeping up the trend from the previous game, the bench once again provided the assist, this time through Nazrul Nazari (LionsXII #23). The cross from the 76th minute substitute met Shahril Ishak who got in front of the keeper to head into the net.

The win marks the fifth consecutive victory at home for the LionsXII this season.
