Two squads of Under-18 Combined Schools basketballers will represent Singapore at the upcoming Pacific School Games in Canberra, Australia.

The competition, scheduled for November 30th to December 6th 2008, will see the boys team take on Australian and Chinese teams in their first round group while the girls will contend with an all-Australian group.

The players making up the teams come from both the Combined Schools Red and White teams.

The Pacific School Games is an international sporting event for primary and secondary school students aged ten to nineteen. Australian state teams make up most of the teams competing in the basketball segment of the games with China, Macau and Singapore the three international teams in the mix.
