Toa Payoh Sports Hall, Sunday, May 11, 2008 – The Stingrays beat the Arowanas 51-46 yesterday to clinch a final berth against the Marlins in the Netball Super League.

Leading by a slim 12-11 scoreline in the first quarter, the Stingrays kept their noses in front with a two-goal lead at half-time (24-22). The third quarter saw the Stingrays establish a more comfortable five-point lead (38-33) before they wrapped it up 51-46.

The Stingrays will now face the Marlins in the final. Both teams played a close game on Saturday with the lead exchanging hands five times before the Marlins wrapped it up 45-41.

Game time for the final is 6 p.m., Saturday, May 17, Toa Payoh Sports Hall.
