Elderly won all their matches to win the U- 20 girls division in the Singapore Beach Fun Touch Rugby tournament held at Sentosa on the 5th of July, defeating SP burners 4-2 in a tight final with Elderly #10 scoring two tries. Over at the Boys U-20, the Rascals, a team from the Red-Dot Rebels, defeated Macam Smalam with a score 4-2 in an exciting match to win the tournament.
Rebels 1 were crowned champions of the Women's Division at the Singapore Beach Fun Touch Rugby tournament held at Sentosa earlier this month. They did so by beating their sister team, Rebels 2, 5-4 in the final to fulfill their expectations of a one-two finish.
The Republic Polytechnic Pixies thrashed Ngee Ann Polytechnic 6-0 in the Under-20 Touch Rugby "Youth for Touch" Final last weekend.
ITE Simei, Saturday, January 12, 2008 - The Republic Polytechnic (RP) touch rugby team continued their march to IVP glory when they beat the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) team 19-0 on Saturday in the IVP Touch Rugby Championships 07/08. This victory came on top of having whitewashed the Singapore Institute of Management team 17-0 the previous evening.
