Four SCGS players managed to score in double digits, with forward Mabel Anton (#6) leading the way with 20 points. Nadia Ghani (#9), Margaret Suriya (#11) and Patricia Orenza (#7) each contributed 13, 11 and 10 points respectively.
Both North Vista and Deyi have made it to the second round.
Unity are now joint-top of Group P with a 1–0 win-loss record alongside Singapore Chinese Girls' School. SCGS beat Bedok View Secondary 62–17 in the other match played today.
Jamie Chang (NVS #13) led all scorers with 13 points. Lim Jia Suen (DYS #11) had 15 points for her team.
Noel Teo (SKS #13) led all scorers with 19 points, while teammate Keane Liew (SKS #12) had 12 points. Tan Jun Rong (DYS #4) managed to lead his team with eight points.
This is the first victory for Deyi in the North Zone C Division Boys Basketball Championship.
