Singapore completed their 17th ASEAN University Games outing with a total medal tally of four golds, six silvers and 15 bronzes.
A total of 883 players of 172 teams from 30 schools participated in the championships.
Singapore won a total of 34 medals at the 2013 14th ASEAN Age Group Chess Championships.
Singapore finished in joint-15th position with Kyrgyzstan at the 2013 World Youth Under-16 Chess Olympiad.
