NSG Track & Field: ACS(I)’s Mark Lee shatters decade-old 200m mark with 21.62s record run

ACS(I)'s Mark Lee (#53) blazed through the A Div boys’ 200m final in a 21.62s (-0.3m/s) record run, shattering the 10-year-old electronically-timed championship and schools national record of 21.75s set by Hwa Chong alumnus Donovan Chan. The 18-year-old athlete also went under Sandy Hong’s hand-timed record of 21.7s set in 1984.

IVP Track & Field: NTU pip title holders NUS to gold as both go under 42s in men’s 4x100m relay

Two teams went under 42 seconds in the men’s 4x100m relay as NTU’s Calvin Quek, Praharsh Ryan, Muhammad Zulkhair and Xander Ho (in white) pipped title holders NUS by 0.09s to take the gold in 41.67s. NTU’s gold-winning time was just two hundredths of a second outside the 41.65s IVP meet record, set in 2010 by the then-NUS team.

NUS IHG Football: Sheares Hall defend title with 2-0 victory over Eusoff Hall

Sheares Hall (SH) beat Eusoff Hall (EH) in the National University of Singapore (NUS) Inter-Hall Games (IHG) men's football final to clinch their third title in four years, claiming high ground in the recent longstanding football rivalry between the two halls with a 2-0 victory. The last three IHG men's football finals have been contested by the same two halls, with Eusoff victorious in 2018 and Sheares successfully retaining the championship they won last year.

NUS IHG Handball: Temasek Hall retain double title after dramatic comeback win against Kent Ridge Hall

With only a few minutes left on the clock, the scoreline read 31-29 in Kent Ridge (KR) Hall's favour in the National University of Singapore (NUS) Inter-Hall Games (IHG) men's handball final. After leading for practically the entire game, the boys in blue were set to dethrone defending champions Temasek Hall (TH) and clinch their first handball title in at least six years. But Temasek's Tomoyuki Ban (TH #51) had other ideas.

Ow Yeong Wei Bin of Singapore Management University (SMU) stormed to a 54.28 seconds finish in the Institute-Varsity-Polytechnic (IVP) Men's 400-metre hurdles final, annihilating the previous meet record of 55.40s set by Lim Kok Hoon, then of Ngee Ann Polytechnic, back in 1989.

IVP 5000m: Invincible Vanessa Lee seals another distance treble
