Marcell Tan of Sports School (top) draws level with Joshua Chua by the fourth hurdle. Marcell went on to win by 0.03s, the smallest margin of victory in this event since 1995, when Tan Hon Liang and Paul Lim, then of The Chinese High School and Gan Eng Seng School respectively, clocked the same time of 14.51s.
