East Spring, a quarter-finalist in this year's C Division National Championship, could find no answer to the nifty skills of the North Vista forwards.

North Vista never looked back after taking a 19-10 lead after the first quarter. Despite resting their starters in the fourth, they still restricted their opponent to a mere 4 points en route to a 40-point win.

In another match played at the same venue, Queensway Secondary boasted of arguably the tallest centre in the competition - Fong Jia Jun (#15) – who stands at 1.95m tall.

Despite his best efforts however, his opponents Woodlands Ring Secondary displayed better overall teamwork to win the match comfortably 57-21. Yuen Wai Jao (#12) and Chua Jian Huan (#14) starred for the well-balanced Woodlands Ring team with 14 points each.
