CCAB, Thursday, August 23, 2007 – Anglo-Chinese School (International) continued their unbeaten run in the adidas it Takes 5ive Tournament with a comfortable 50-33 quarterfinal win over Dunman High.

ACS(Int’l) were always in control, leading 14-7 at the end of the first quarter and walking off at half-time with a 25-14 lead. Int he third quarter, they outpointed Dunman High 15-8 to take a 40-22 lead into the fourth before taking their foot off the pedal to let Dunman High outpoint them 10-11 in the fourth. However, that wasn’t enough to stop them and ACS (Int’l) finished the game 50-33 winners.

ACS(Int’l) will now meet Commonwealth in the first semifinal on Monday, 27 August 2007, 1 pm, at the Singapore Basketball Centre.
