Singapore Sports School, Saturday, April 21, 2007 – Singapore Sports School beat Serangoon Secondary Secondary School 2-0 last Saturday in the final of the Manchester United Premier Cup. Muhd Firman of Sports School put his team up 1-0 within the first five minutes of play and winger Stanley scored the second with the final kick of the game to seal the victory for his school.

33 school teams signed up voluntarily for this U-15 tournament which kicked off on 24 March. The two other teams that made it to the semi-finals along with Sports School and Serangoon Secondary were Serangoon Gardens Secondary and Seng Kang Secondary. Serangoon beat Serangoon Gardens 2-0 while Sports School dispatched Seng Kang 3-0 in the other semi-final.
