Clementi Town Secondary and Regent Secondary played in Group C of the West Zone B Division Netball Championship. The two teams met each other and Clementi Town came away 34–10 winners.
Clementi Town finished fourth in the group with a 3–3 win-loss record while Regent (1–5) were seventh in a seven-team group.
Both teams did not qualify for Round 2.
