PESEB, Evans Road, Thursday, July 25, 2013 – Greenridge Secondary overcame Bukit Batok Secondary 55–5 for their second Group C win in the bowl section of the National C Division Rugby Championship.
Greenridge opened the season with a 50–0 victory over Damai Secondary.
By half time, Greenridge were up 26–0 on the back of tries by Amsyar Masrur bin Aduka (#22), Brendan Edward Raj (#14), Fikri Akmal bin Mohammed S (#21), Muhammad Danish (#27) and Tok Jing Heng (#8) with Muhammad Irsyaduddin (#10) converting from three of four attempts.
In the second half, Greenridge added four more tries through Brendan, Amsyar, Jing Heng and Danish. Irsyaduddin converted on two of four attempts.
Bukit Batok managed a try through Faiz (#22) but it was not enough to stop the Greenridge victory.
Greenridge have a top-of-the-table clash with Admiralty in their final game to see who wins the group.
