Clementi Sports Hall, Thursday, July 11, 2013 — New Town Secondary beat Clementi Town Secondary 45–19 for their second Round 1 win in the West Zone C Division Basketball Championship.
New Town’s first win in Group C was a 60–24 victory over Pioneer Secondary.
Patrick Low (New Town #11) had a game-high 10 points while Alender Prabhu led Clementi Town with nine, including one 3-pointer.
New Town led 24–6 at half time and by the end of the third quarter, had amassed a 22-point lead.
A 10–6 final quarter saw New Town wrap up the game with a 26-point victory.
New Town next play Assumption English School on Monday, July 15, while Clementi Town take on Pioneer on the same day.
