Singapore Polytechnic, Thursday, January 22, 2009 – Hillgrove Secondary thrashed Yuhua Secondary 2-0 (25-8, 25-5) in a B Division Boys West Zone volleyball match.
After a huge defeat by rivals Shuqun Secondary, Hillgrove managed to overcome Yuhua Secondary with relative ease. Though Yuhua Secondary had seen some improvement in form since the U-16 volleyball tournament last year, they still had to accept that experience mattered very much in this competition.
Hillgrove took this chance to prove that they were not going to be put down after losing to Shuqun. They managed to secure the lead by overcoming Yuhua’s blockers with thunderous spikes that gave Yuhua few chances to score.

i think zhenghua lead pioneer like 25-4 25-1, maybe redsports should update more about the other west zone teams…
