Bedok Sports Hall, Sunday, May 18, 2008 – In a long drawn-out affair that did not finish until 8:30pm, Victoria Junior College won the 2nd Inter-JC Taekwondo competition by a large margin, trumping Temasek JC (2nd) and Hwa Chong Institution (3rd). The Best Coach award went to Hwa Chong Institution’s Mr Guna. The crowd was also given a treat when the national team gave a demonstration and exhibited their moves. It was an impressive sight, especially the accuracy and power of board-breaking.
