RI's Tan Chong Qi clocked a timing of 9 minutes and 34.84 seconds to bag the boys’ B Division 3000m gold medal.
B Division 3000m: Nah Yi Xin of Cedar Girls’ wins in 11:36.18
This is Yi Xin's third straight win at this distance at the Championships. She won the C Division Girls' 3000m title in 2012, as well as the B Division Girls' 3000m title in 2013.
C Div Cross Country: Er Wen Han and Elaine Quah bag gold
Wen Han clocked his personal best of 12:16.5 to lead the boys, while Elaine finished ahead of the girls with her personal best of 14:55.5.
B Div Cross Country: Tan Chong Qi of RI and Natalie Soh of Paya Lebar MGS win gold
Chong Qi claimed the gold by running the 4.3-kilometre route in a personal best time of 14:26.7. Natalie also posted a personal best of 14:28.7 to win her 3.6km race.

Hua Yi Secondary beat Commonwealth Secondary 37–23 in their final Round 1 group game to advance to Round 2 of the West Zone C Division Boys' Basketball Championship.
C Div 1,500m (Boys): Hu Hua Xin of HCI wins gold in 4:39.05
Hu Hua Xin of Hwa Chong Institution (HCI) edged out Isaac Tan of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) by 0.44 seconds to earn the C Division 1,500 metres gold at the 54th National Schools Track and Field Championships.
