Outram Secondary School are B boys water polo champions for only the second time after they dethroned Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) 8-7 in a tightly contested final. It was also ACS(I)'s first defeat in six matches in this year's competition.
When the two teams met in Round 1, ACS(I) had won 10-5.
Min Guan Lin (HCI #11) lead his team with three goals while Zander (OSS #10) and Jing Hao (OSS#2) also had three goals each.
Zion James (#15) from Peirce had a game-high of 12 points while Outram’s Joshua (#4) led his team with four.
Lavin Raj (#10) of ACS Barker finished with a game-high 23 points as he produced an assertive display in the paint on both ends.
Vincent (OSS #11) led all scorers with 20 points, while Liu Kuo (RI #11) had 11 points to lead his team to victory.
Efren Tan (ACS(I) #7) scored five goals to lead his team to victory, while Darren Koh (Outram #12) had three goals to pace his team.
