The Temasek Primary C boys' 4x100m relay team missed the record by 0.01 seconds when they won the relay gold in a time of 54.67 seconds at the 54th National Primary Track and Field Championships.
Lucas Lim of Northland Primary beat Chua Zhi Lii of Gongshang Primary by 0.61 seconds to win the C Division 100-metre gold at the 54th National Primary School Track and Field Championships.
Nanyang Primary emerged as the school with the most bemedalled athletes after they scooped up five division titles out of the six divisions they competed in at the 54th National Inter-Primary School Track & Field Championships
Three new records were set on the fourth day of competition at the 54th National Inter-Primary School Track & Field Championships. Nanyang Primary's Carlyne Li and Celeste Li set a new record in the D Girls' 300m and 600m respectively.
Mohammad Shaqeer of Northland Primary won the first place in the D Boys high jump event after he cleared a height of 1.21m. Reuben Rainer Lee of Temasek Primary also set a new record in the C Boys' 600m event.
