Clementi Sports Hall, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 — Jurong Secondary defeated CHIJ (Toa Payoh) 52–46 to begin their National B Division Basketball Championship season.
Syahidah (#5) and Nur Shahidah (#15) contributed 11 points each in the victory. Jayne Chan (#12) poured in 28 points to lead CHIJ.
Jurong, now with a 1–0 win-loss record, will play Deyi Secondary in their next game. CHIJ will play Chung Cheng High (Main) in their next game. Chung Cheng lost their first match against Deyi. Both games will be played on Friday, March 28 at Clementi Sports Hall.
