Nexus International School, Saturday, September 15, 2012 — The Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) successfully defended both their men’s and women’s titles at the 2nd Inter-University Tchoukball Championships.

The championships saw the entry of Singapore’s newest university — the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

In the women’s championship, four universities took part and SIM finished with a perfect 3-0 win-loss record to emerge as champions.

The National University of Singapore (NUS) finished second with a 2-1 record while the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) were third with a 1-2 finish. SUTD (0-3) finished last in fourth place.

In the men’s championship, SIM had a perfect 4-0 record to top the five-team group and grab the title.

NTU (3-1) were second while SMU (2-2) finished third.
