Nanyang Technological University, Tuesday, July 5, 2011 — Singapore paddlers had a successful campaign at the 3rd ASEAN Schools Games table tennis competition, finishing with a haul of four gold, three silver and one bronze medals.

The Singapore paddlers were denied a clean sweep of the golds when they finished with a silver each in the boys’ team and girls’ doubles, as well as a bronze in the girls’ singles event.

Here are the results for the respective events.

Boys Singles’ (Gold)

Duan Lian Zheng(SIN) def. Le Tien Dat (VIET) 11-3, 11-9, 7-11, 11-9

Girls Singles’ (Bronze)

Rattanaporn Rattanavongsa (THAI) def. Chen Han Ying (SIN) 12-10, 7-11, 11-6, 5-11, 12-10

Girls’ Doubles (Silver)
