CCAB,Wednesday, February 13, 2008 – Raffles Girls’ School (RGS) continued their relentless march with a comprehensive 38-4 victory over Singapore-Chinese Girls’ School (SCGS) yesterday. RGS are now unbeaten in five games since the start of the South Zone Championship. They have outscored their opponents so far by an average of 38 goals and their biggest victory was against Bukit Merah whom they beat 64-2. Against Serangoon Gardens, they even held their opponents scoreless in a 55-0 victory.

In another game played at the same time, CHIJ (Toa Payoh) scored a comfortable 38-12 victory over Ang Mo Kio to also maintain their unbeaten streak of five games. CHIJ (Toa Payoh) scored the highest number of goals in a single match during the first round when they beat Guangyang 72-1.
