Anglican High started slowly but shrugged off the challenge of East Spring to win comfortably by a score of 60-25. East Spring weren’t too far behind over the first two quarters and were trailing only by three points after two quarters. In fact, East Spring managed to outpoint Anglican High 8-6 in the second quarter. However, in the third and final quarter, Anglican High played at a different level to outscore them massively 43-11 to finish 60-25 winners. A highlight of the game was when Sean Hoo (#10) of Anglican High dropped two consecutive 3-pointers immediately upon coming on.

Anglican High, who have now won 15 straight games since the start of the ‘C’ Division campaign, will meet Catholic High, another unbeaten team, on Monday to decide who tops their quarterfinal group. The team that wins will have a more favourable semifinal draw.
