Nanyang Girls’ High School took home the championship trophies at the National Schools Wushu Championship for both the B and C divisions once again for the third year running.
The second last day of the National Schools Wushu Championship saw more athletes securing the sweet achievement of three gold medals – the maximum number individual contestants can achieve.

SCGS best Chung Cheng High (Main) 43-21 to secure the top spot in Group Q and will be facing familiar opposition in the second round of the National B Division Girls’ Basketball Championship.
Chung Cheng High (Main) improved to 2-0 for the nationals with a 24-18 win against Raffles Girls’ School.
Chung Cheng High (Main) [CCHM] outlasted Unity Secondary (USS) in a second-half showdown to earn a 39-37 victory in Round one of the National B Division Girls' Basketball Championship.
Patricia Orenza (SCGS #7) had a game high of 18 points. Ng Ruo Yin (CCHMS #1) and Erika Sim (CCHMS #6) led their team with eight points each.
Despite Eldrin Tor's (CCH #2) game-high 16 points, Christ Church balanced scoring allowed them to cruise past Chung Cheng 45-34.
