MacRitchie Reservoir, Saturday, March 22, 2014 — Benny Tan and Josh Lim of Nanyang Technological University combined to clock a time 50.09 to win gold in the Men’s C2 200m division at the Tertiary Canoeing Championships.

Dominic Puah and Lim Jun Xiong of Singapore Polytechnic (SP) posted a time of 53.16 seconds to finish runners-up, while Yap Xiao Wei and Brandon Lim of Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) finished close behind in a time of 53.84 seconds.

In the Mixed Division, Shona Chan and Tan Sheng Yu of National University of Singapore (NUS) combined to win the C2 200m final in a time of 1:04.44 minutes.

Cheryl Tay and Benny Tan of NTU took second with a time of 1:05.50, while Natalie Choo and Tan Chun Leng of Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) finished third with a time of 1:11.98.
