4x400m Relay Final (Men and Women)

The National University of Singapore (NUS) swept both the men and women 4x400m golds at last Saturday’s IVP Games.

NUS were represented by Alex Teng, Lin Han Feng, Daniel Nonis and Lawrence Wee while the NUS women runners were Sharon Yeo, Ho New Fei, Lin Siqi and Lee Yan Lin (4 min 14.04 sec).
In the 4x100m relay finals, the Institute of Technical Education men won gold to beat out the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the Singapore Management University (SMU) into second and third respectively. ITE were represented by Auni Mohd Shah, Ali Abdul Hakim, Mohd Refunggi and Mohd Fauzi Yusoff. In the 4x100m relay finals for women, the NTU quartet of Yang Peishan, Amanda Choo, Ann Siao Mei and Amanda Teo were first in a time of 49.02 sec. NUS were second in 50.02 sec while Temasek Polytechnic were third in 54.24 sec.
